Mentoring

You are wondering about the best way to evolve in your job, to develop your skills, your career plan, overcome a particular situation or simply experience expatriation.

You are looking for someone who could help you make the right decisions,

As an expatriate, I have already gone through the same questions and challenges.

Have you considered hiring a mentor?

Unlike coaching, where the process is structured around performance and accountability objectives, mentoring is more informal and focused on transmission and overall development.

As a mentor, I am at your side to share my experience, my learnings, my knowledge, as well as my successes and mistakes.

I am available to you on an ad hoc basis, depending on your needs, or throughout your career.
