Expat Coaching

What you've been hoping for a long time has happened. You're leaving soon or finally an expatriate.

New responsibilities, more autonomy, a country to discover alone or with your family, new perspectives on life and work.

However, you quickly need to find your bearings, identify new contacts, manage new and multicultural teams, not to mention the language.

At times, you wonder what you're doing there. Was it a good decision?
Even though you're not alone, you still have that slight feeling of loneliness.

You need someone not to hear you, but to listen to you, a non-judgmental ear that helps you see things more clearly, better define your priorities and be more effective.

But also to support you in achieving your goals and transforming yourself into a better leader.

What about hiring a coach?

If you're on this page, it's because you're considering it.

But you might be thinking: it's not for me, it's probably very expensive, etc., and many other reasons not to take the plunge.

The professional coaching I offer is designed to help you navigate these turbulent times, not just to overcome them, but to grow, transform, discover skills within yourself, and tap into unsuspected resources.

Isn't it worth investing in yourself?

Trust yourself, take the plunge, just as you did when you moved abroad.

How does the support work for the Expat coaching?

The support work mainly in 4 phases. I focus on you through active listening, both verbal and non-verbal, and in return, ask questions designed to encourage you to reflect on your situation, creating an environment of respect, kindness, and confidentiality.

I have the questions, you have the answers.

The different phases:

1. Discovery interview (free) – to assess your needs and define a clear framework

2. Coaching sessions – to help you move forward

3. Tools, exercises, and feedback between sessions – for a concrete and lasting impact

4. Final assessment – to measure progress and consolidate learning
