Most of my career has been spent during more than 20 years abroad with teams based in different countries (China, Thailand, Australia, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Singapore) in different Management positions in Quality Management and Food Safety​

 

This experience abroad has allowed me to develop, through my travels, in very different cultural environments, managerial and leadership skills such as vision, strategy, performance, teamwork, motivation, listening, and adaptability.

In order to meet a need to learn and share my experience, coaching training allowed me to fulfill my values ​​of tolerance, respect, kindness and empathy.

 

At the same time, mentoring offers me the opportunity to share my experience, knowledge and teachings.
